Without prejudice to Perfumers Friend' other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, Perfumers Friend may take such action as it deems appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website, and/or bringing court proceedings against you.

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with South African Governing Law. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

Delivery and Returns Policy
1. Delivery Policy
All our perfumes are delivered door-to-door within South Africa, provided the delivery address is not in a township or an area outside the delivery zones covered by our courier company, Pudo that is managed by The Courier Guy. During the ordering process, Perfumers Friend will determine if additional courier charges are applicable based on your shipping address. We currently only deliver within South Africa, with delivery times ranging from 2 to 6 working days depending on your location.
Fees and Time Frames
During the ordering process, delivery options will be determined based on your delivery address and postal code. Delivery times and fees are as follows:

2. Late Delivery
Under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECT Act), you are entitled to cancel your purchase within 7 days' notice if the products you purchased are not delivered within the agreed delivery period as specified in the Perfumers Friend terms and conditions. The products must be returned to Perfumers Friend in their original state. To cancel, contact the Perfumers Friend call centre at 064 827 5745 or email sales@perfumersfriend.co.za. Perfumers Friend will then process a refund.
3. Stock Shortages
Every effort will be made to ensure that Perfumers Friend can fulfil your entire order once the sale comes into effect. However, if certain products in your order cannot be fulfilled, Perfumers Friend will notify you via email and put the product/s on a backorder on your Perfumers Friend account. If you prefer a refund instead of witing for the backorder, please email info@novusfragrances.co.za to request the refund. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to your credit card. If you paid via EFT, the refund will be paid into your bank account. If you are not notified beforehand and discover the shortage upon receiving your parcel, please contact Perfumers Friend at 012 030 0358 or email info@novusfragrances.co.za or WhatsApp to 074 637 1076 using the subject line "Incomplete order" along with your order number.
4. Exchanging Non-Defective Products
You can exchange the product(s) you ordered for different product(s) within 30 days of delivery, provided the product(s) are in their original state and packaging. To request an exchange, contact the Perfumers Friend Call Centre at 064 827 5745 or email sales@perfumersfriend.co.za or WhatsApp to 064 827 5745 with the subject line "Your order number – Request Exchange." If the requested exchange product(s) are out of stock, follow the returns procedure for non-defective products as detailed in Section 5. Perfumers Friend reserves the right to refuse exchanges if the product(s) are not returned in their original sealed packaging and resalable condition.
5. Returning Non-Defective Products
You are entitled to return any purchase concluded with Perfumers Friend and delivered within South Africa free of charge within 30 days of delivery. You will, however, have to pay the cost associated with collecting the returned product(s). To obtain a refund, the product(s) must be returned in accordance with the return procedure set out in Section 9. If you are not satisfied with your product(s) and wish to return them for a refund, ensure the product(s) are in their unopened original packaging.
6. Returning Incorrect Products
Perfumers Friend will make all reasonable efforts to ensure product information, availability, purchase price, and associated delivery times and fees are accurately reflected on the website. However, if incorrect product(s) are delivered to you, do not remove the product(s) from their original packaging or use them. Contact the Perfumers Friend Call Centre at 064 827 5745or email sales@perfumersfriend.co.za or WhatsApp to 064 827 5745 with the subject line "Your order number – Incorrect Item" to notify Perfumers Friend of the error. Perfumers Friend will arrange to collect the incorrect product(s) and deliver the correct product(s) as soon as possible. Do not place another order for the same product to remedy the situation.
7. Returning Defective Products
If within 30 days of delivery you find that a product is:

You may be asked to provide pictures of the defective product. Perfumers Friend will arrange to collect the defective product(s) for inspection. If found defective, you are entitled to either a full refund or a replacement at Perfumers Friend' expense. If the product is not found to be defective, you will not be entitled to a replacement or refund and will be liable for the costs incurred in returning the product(s) to Perfumers Friend and re-delivery to you.
A product is NOT defective, and you will NOT be entitled to replacement or refund if:
Certain products may come with a third-party supplier's guarantee. If so, this will be stated under the product listing on the website. The details of these guarantees are provided in their listings, and no consumer may ask to be covered by a guarantee other than the one shown on the product listing.

Once you have couriered your return package, take a photo of your courier slip (tracking number) and email it, along with your order number, to info@novusfragrances.co.za.
10. Processing of Credits and Refunds
If you paid for the associated order via Credit Card, the refund will be processed to your credit card. If you paid via EFT, your refund will be processed to your bank account. Please follow the steps above carefully to avoid any delay in the refund process. It is important to note that you will not be entitled to any refund if the returned product(s) are not sent back to Perfumers Friend in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Perfumers Friend reserves the right not to refund returned products that are not packed in protective packaging.
Perfumers Friend will not process a refund on defective or incorrect products if you have not followed the procedures set out in Sections 6 and 7 above.
11. Fraud Prevention
In the interest of fraud protection, Perfumers Friend reserves the right to refuse processing any payment for any order and/or to cancel any purchase partially or completely, with notice given to you. If you have already paid for such cancelled portion of the order, Perfumers Friend will return the funds to you.
